Getting started

It depends on the decision you’re making. Most reviews cover identity and corporate existence, ownership, sanctions and PEP screening, litigation and regulatory history, and adverse media. We agree the scope with you before starting so you only pay for checks that matter.

Turnaround depends on the scope, the number of jurisdictions and how accessible local records are. We give you a timeline at scoping, and we can discuss expedited options where records allow.

Yes. We’re headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and work with clients and sources across North America, Latin America and the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.

The name of the person or entity, the jurisdictions involved, the decision you’re facing and any documents you already hold. A short scoping call is usually enough.

How we work

From public records, official registries, court and regulatory databases, licensed commercial data sources, media archives and, where appropriate, discreet enquiries with knowledgeable sources. Every finding in our reports cites its source.

Our research is discreet and doesn’t involve contacting the subject unless you ask us to, for example when verifying references or credentials.

We work under confidentiality terms, limit access to the engagement team, use encrypted storage and transfer, and delete data at the end of the agreed retention period.
