Client Alignment

We begin by working closely with clients to define specific goals and scope. Once aligned, we provide a detailed list of required information. Should the scope or objectives evolve during the engagement, we adapt our approach and communicate any changes promptly to ensure continued alignment.


Planning

Upon receiving the necessary information, we collaborate with client management to schedule the engagement, finalize expectations, and confirm scope. Quality assurance is maintained throughout via supervision, review of work papers and reports, regular status updates, and open lines of communication.


Execution

Using a combination of policy and procedure reviews, personnel interviews, and observation, we assess the design and effectiveness of existing controls. Substantive testing is conducted to ensure controls operate as intended. We maintain transparency by sharing preliminary findings, practical recommendations, and progress updates—including a periodic dashboard to track key activities and milestones.


Closing

At engagement conclusion, we meet with management to present findings and discuss recommended improvements. A draft report is provided summarizing the engagement’s scope, objectives, results, and actionable recommendations. We encourage the inclusion of management’s responses to reinforce clarity and accountability.


Final Reporting

The final report is delivered and reviewed with management in detail. It includes all confirmed findings, agreed-upon responses, implementation timelines, and designated responsible parties—ensuring a clear and actionable path forward.
